Age requirements
By placing an order through labcopenhagen.com you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Payment
Labcopenhagen.com accepts international payments through VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, PayPal and other payments.
Please note that when you buy a watch on labcopenhagen.com the watch will be customized according to your requirements and your name will be engraved on the case back. Consequently, we will debit your credit card at the time of your order and not at time of delivery.
Delivery
Free worldwide express delivery, using DHL, UPS, Fedex or a similar courier.
Delivery time
The delivery time is app. 2 weeks from the time you have customized your watch and placed your order.
VAT, import duties and/or taxes
Orders shipped to countries within EU are inclusive VAT.
Orders shipped to countries outside EU are inclusive VAT and and any other import duties and taxes that might incur.
Orders to countries outside EU are shipped according to Incoterms DTP (Duties and Taxes Paid). This means that we incur the full costs of the shipment, including any duties or taxes incurred from customs.
Guarantee
Any LAB Copenhagen watch is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Any part found defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, you will be required to present the certificate of guarantee duly dated, stamped and signed by LAB Copenhagen. The guarantee does not cover defects arising from damage and mishandling, misuse or attempted repairs. Nor does it cover leather straps and glass.
100 days return policy
You may return any delivered product to us for any reason at all, if you are not happy with it, provided that you have notified us in writing within 100 days of delivery of the product you want to return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and must be in new and unused condition. The notice must be sent by email to return@labcopenhagen.com
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you in full as soon as possible and in any event within 20 days after we have received the returned product from you.

Faulty products
We try very hard to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if the product is faulty upon delivery we need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product:
- You specifying with reasonable detail the way in which the product is damaged or defective.
- You providing us with the delivery note number and such other information that we reasonably require.
To arrange a return of a faulty product please email us at return@labcopenhagen.com
Once you have notified us that you wish to return a faulty product, any sum debited to us, including reasonable charges to return the product, will be refunded to you in full as soon as possible and in any event within 20 days after we have received the faulty product from you.

We collect basic personal information about our customers only when an order is placed. You can visit our website and browse without having to provide personal details. During your visit to our website you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you seek to place an order on our website.
We collect, store and process your data for processing your purchase on our website and to provide you with our services. We may collect your name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, payment details or payment card details.
We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
